Batman VS Superman: Dawn of Justice (2016)

Genre: The genre of this film is Sci-Fi and Action because its about two iconic superheroes going face-to-face to try and show whose the most dominant hero and the real protector of Earth. Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is an upcoming American superhero film distributed by Warner Bros Pictures.

NCIS:
Narrative: Fearing the actions of a god-like Super Hero left unchecked, Gotham City's own formidable, forceful vigilante takes on Metropolis' most revered, modern-day saviour, while the world wrestles with what sort of hero it really needs. And with Batman and Superman at war with one another, a new threat quickly arises, putting a distinctive and iconic fight on the line.


Character:  The origin story of Superman relates that he was born Kal-El on the planet Krypton, before being rocketed to Earth as an infant by his scientist father Jor-El, moments before Krypton's destruction. Batman's secret identity is Bruce Wayne, an American billionaire, playboy, philanthropist, and owner of Wayne Enterprises. Having witnessed the murder of his parents as a child, he swore revenge on criminals, an oath tempered with a sense of justice. Wayne trains himself both physically and intellectually and crafts a bat-inspired persona to fight crime. These two iconic characters are Scientific-related because one is from a different planet sent to earth to protect it while one already protects it and they go face-to-face to see who is most dominant.

Iconography: What we see is two superheroes going to war with each other. this shows how two people have to pick a side as people can look up to both superheroes.

Setting: The setting takes place in earth but one of the superheroes hails from another science-fictional planet called Krypton.







Evil Dead (2013)

Genre: The genre for this film is horror because the film is about devil possession and it in the middle of a forest which is quite typical for where a horror film will take place

NCIS:
Narrative: Five friends head to a remote cabin, where the discovery of a Book of the Dead leads them to unwittingly summon up demons living in the nearby woods. The evil presence possesses them until only one is left to fight for survival.

Characters: A women who is a drug addict goes with 3 friends and her brother to a cabin in the middle of the woods and gets possessed by the devil as she kills everyone one by one.

Iconography: There is no one to look up to in this film as everyone has the equal chance of danger of dying that others.

Settings: The settings is in a cabin in the middle of the woods which is a very typical place for the movie.







The Hobbit: The Battle of The Five Armies (2014)

Genre: The genre for this film is fantasy, action as it is based in a fictional world with many different creatures like dragons and dwarves.

NCIS:
Narrative: Bilbo and Company are forced to engage in a war against an array of combatants and keep the Lonely Mountain from falling into the hands of a rising darkness.

Characters: The characters in this films are Thorin Oakenshield, a dwarf eager to take his rightful place as king on the Lonely Mountain. Bilbo Baggins, a little Hobbit who is stuck between his home in the Shire and helping taking the Lonely Mountain. Gandalf, a wizard helping the movement towards the Lonely Mountain. Legolas, an elf who is destined to fulfil his fathers wish to destroy Thorin. Azog the Defiler, a pale orc who leads an army on the Mountain.

Iconography: You can look up to almost anyone in this film as they are all iconic in their own way because they all have their own speciality and secrets.

Settings: Middle-earth is the setting of much of J. R. R. Tolkien's legendarium. The term is equivalent to the term Midgard of Norse mythology, describing the human-inhabited world, i.e. the central continent of world of Tolkien's imagined mythological past. Tolkien's most widely read works, The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings take place entirely in Middle-earth, and Middle-earth has also become a short-hand to refer to the legendarium or its "fictional-universe".
